HSE Safety Animation AI Terms of Service

1. Service description

HSE Safety Animation AI is a web application for creating AI-assisted HSE and safety-awareness video plans. The application helps users generate structured scenes, visual descriptions, voiceover text, captions, hashtags, and calls to action.

2. User approval required

No video is uploaded automatically. The user must review the generated plan, approve the content, select a video file, and manually confirm the TikTok draft upload.

3. TikTok integration

The application uses TikTok Login Kit to authorize the user’s TikTok account. The user.info.basic scope is used to confirm and display the connected TikTok account. The video.upload scope is used to upload a user-selected video to TikTok as a draft.

The application does not use Direct Post and does not automatically publish content. After upload, the user must open TikTok inbox notifications to review, edit, and complete the post inside TikTok.

4. User responsibilities

Users are responsible for reviewing all generated HSE and safety content before upload or publication. Users must ensure that uploaded videos comply with workplace safety rules, company requirements, and TikTok policies.

5. Acceptable use

Users must not use the service to upload harmful, misleading, illegal, unsafe, or unauthorized content. The service is intended for safety awareness, training support, toolbox talk content, hazard awareness, and educational HSE communication.

6. AI limitations

Generated content may require human review and correction. HSE Safety Animation AI is an assistant tool and does not replace qualified safety professionals, company procedures, legal requirements, or official HSE approvals.
