HSE Safety Animation AI Privacy Policy

1. Overview

HSE Safety Animation AI is a web application that helps authorized users create AI-assisted HSE and safety-awareness video plans, review the generated content, approve it, and upload a user-selected video to TikTok as a draft.

2. Information we collect

We may collect the information that users enter into the demo, such as safety video topic, target audience, language selection, generated scenes, captions, hashtags, and approval status.

When a user connects TikTok through Login Kit, we use the user.info.basic scope only to confirm the authorized TikTok account and display the account name inside the demo workflow.

3. TikTok authorization and draft upload

HSE Safety Animation AI uses TikTok Login Kit for user authorization. The application requests the user.info.basic and video.upload scopes.

The video.upload scope is used only after the user manually selects a video file and confirms the upload. The video is uploaded to TikTok as a draft. The application does not automatically publish videos to TikTok.

After upload, the user must open TikTok inbox notifications to review, edit, and complete the post inside TikTok.

4. How we use information

We use the collected information to generate HSE safety video plans, show the connected TikTok account, support user approval, and deliver the selected video to TikTok draft upload.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell user data. We share data with TikTok only when required to perform the user-authorized TikTok login and draft upload flow.

6. User control

Users control whether to generate a plan, approve content, select a video file, and upload the video to TikTok draft. Users may revoke app access from their TikTok account settings.

7. Security

We use HTTPS and server-side token handling to protect the TikTok authorization process. Access tokens are used only for the authorized integration workflow.
